The works presented here result from collaborations with architects, designers, artists and institutions, developed when lava was not treated as a decorative surface, but as a structural, expressive or conceptual element within the project.
Each project required a specific relationship with the material — its limits, its variability, its long-term behavior. There was no catalogue to apply, no predefined solution to replicate. What is shown here is the outcome of real conditions, precise choices and shared responsibility.
